COUNTRY DIRECTOR, Tanzania

PROJECT CONCERN INTERNATIONAL is seeking to fill the Country Director position for our Tanzania operations to lead the organization’s 3-year USDA funded Global Food for Education program starting in July, 2010.

Qualifications:

Master's degree required - MBA or MPH preferred; Excellent understanding and familiarity with US Government donor regulations; managing sub-grantees, fostering mentorship and organizational strengthening; Demonstrated abilities in NGO reporting, budgeting, procurement, and project management; At least 7 years of experience in project management in a complex international development environment, start up experience in Africa required.
